Slimprosystems® Return & Refund Policy

At Slimprosystems®, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for purchases made through our store.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Unused, unopened and untested

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with any seals, labels or accessories

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body-care products generally cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photographs where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • We will advise where the parcel should be sent

  • A return shipping label may be provided where applicable

Important: Products returned without first contacting Slimprosystems® and receiving return authorisation may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Contact Slimprosystems® promptly if your product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Leaking or broken

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from the order

  • Delivered with an unexpectedly broken safety seal

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the internal and external packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the affected product and packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Where the product qualifies for a remedy, Slimprosystems® may provide a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or quality-control reasons.

Non-returnable products may include:

  • Opened or used body-care and personal-care products

  • Products with broken or removed hygiene seals

  • Products that have been tested or partially consumed

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products where permitted by law

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

  • Original shipping fees, except where required by law

A change of mind, dislike of fragrance or texture, or results not matching personal expectations may not qualify for a return once a product has been opened or used.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights available under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivities

Skin responses may vary from person to person.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and performing a patch test before full application, particularly where they have sensitive skin or known allergies.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Opened products generally cannot be returned solely because of a personal sensitivity or allergic response unless the product is defective, incorrectly labelled or otherwise covered by applicable law.

For a serious or unexpected reaction, seek appropriate medical advice.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is generally to:

  1. Request a return for the original product.

  2. Wait for the return to be reviewed and accepted.

  3. Place a new order for the replacement product.

Direct exchanges may not always be available because of inventory and fulfilment limitations.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Where Slimprosystems® confirms that a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the order was defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Where an order is delivered to an eligible European Union destination, customers may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Any hygiene or safety seal must remain intact

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

The cooling-off right may not apply to sealed personal-care products once the seal has been removed after delivery.

This right applies in addition to the standard return policy where required by law.

9. Australian Consumer Guarantees

For customers in Australia, Slimprosystems® products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You may also be entitled to have a product repaired or replaced where it is not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change-of-mind returns are separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Slimprosystems® will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund

The time required for funds to appear depends on your card issuer, bank or payment provider.

11. Partial or Refused Refunds

A refund may be reduced or refused where:

  • The returned product has been opened or used

  • The original packaging is missing

  • The product has been damaged after delivery

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The return was sent without authorisation

  • The product was used contrary to its instructions

  • The return request falls outside the applicable return period

These limitations do not affect remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Refunds for Promotional Bundles

Where an item purchased as part of a bundle, gift promotion or multi-buy offer is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect:

  • The value of products retained

  • Promotional pricing applied to the original order

  • Any free gift that is not returned

  • The terms of the original promotion

All promotional gifts must be returned unused and in their original condition where the associated order is fully refunded.
